One should give proper weight to Russian IT education specificity. More attention is paid to thorough study of math sciences and less to natural sciences. This particularity derives from the reason that in the main computer sciences in Russia having been developed by mathematicians who traditionally give preference to classical fundamental knowledge. Gaining such knowledge in the course of training forms this particular way of thinking. So the reason of difference is that historically computer sciences and most of corresponding educational courses have been mathematical in Russia.
